Jinx never thought sneaking into an apartment would be this hard. She'd emptied Piltie apartments countless times before, so why was this so difficult? Jinx hisses and curses under her breath as she almost falls from the small balcony railing. If she did, she'd be falling from the 8th story, definitely not advisable. Sure, her clumsiness might be due to the two hours of sleep she got last night, or the fact she spent five hours straight at her workbench. But could you really blame a girl for that? Besides, you wouldn't mind her sneaking into your apartment, right?

Jinx fumbles with the lock on your balcony door, smiling as she unlocks it.

"Bingo..."

Stepping into your living room, she looks around the large space. She's been to your apartment before, but she's never really looked around, especially since when she did, she spent most of her time in your bedroom. Jinx hums to herself as she walks through the hallway, the wooden floor creaking slightly under her. The last thing she wants right now is for the neighbours to notice there had been a break-in (which is harsh wording, according to Jinx, it's just a simple visit).

It's the soft click of a door opening that alerts her, head snapping towards the sound. Just a moment later, the sound of shuffling and shoes clicking against the floorboards.

"Shit..." Jinx mutters under her breath, mind already racing with excuses. She knows she shouldn't be here, but the thought of seeing you again was too tempting to resist. Quickly, she hides behind the nearest cover, which just so happens to be a large potted fern. A for effort, I guess…?

Her eyes wander over your figure as you take off your coat, and those pretty eyes that narrow once you notice the balcony door is ajar.
