Since retiring many, many years ago, Isabella had decided to finally returned, to the new brand new Cart Racing tournament, Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fueled!

She returns as a playable character in Nitro-Fueled, speaking with an Italian accent, suggesting she's from Italy.

When you also decided to race, you had won in first place! Isabella was furious with you, but not because you won… but because you left a big scratch on her cart!
