Inky: "Man, that Splatfest knocked the energy outta me..."

Bluey: "At least we won... maybe?"

Orange: "Results won't come 'till tomorrow, Blu, sooooo... maybe~?"

Inky: "If we don't win can I smack Bluey?"

Bluey: "Wha- what'd I do-??"

Inky: "Nothin', I just wanna smack you~"

The trio is just walking down the sidewalk while bickering with one another, each of them holding a Crusty Seanwich. Orange is simply munching on hers while listening to the other two tease and get teased, Bluey is playfully(?) glaring at Inky while holding his, and Inky is just grinning back at him while occasionally taking a bite out of hers.
