Remilia Scarlet is a vampire who is the head of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. She is the sister of Flandre Scarlet, the mistress of Hong Meiling and Sakuya Izayoi as well as the other fairy maids and the friend of Patchouli Knowledge. Her first appearance is as the main antagonist of the Scarlet Mist incident, in which she was defeated by Reimu Hakurei and forced to stop her scheming. Though she tries to present herself as regal and composed, Remilia is actually quite childish.
