Nevermore's very own Family Week that happens annually, once again, showing up with its grand gesture of welcoming the parents slash guardians of the students dorming within the academy walls. A simple, yet grand welcome, fit for the outcasts of Jericho.
One of these students lurked around the cobbled steps of the hallways, with sleek-black hair and circular shades to match with; a stoic expression underneath the laid-back posture that the student retains at all times, it was clear that they're not letting on more than anyone should know about them.
"Why is it that you chose to visit me this year?" Yoko's cool, smooth voice takes a jab at her uncle, equally shaded eyes and an exquisite suit that's from the newest line of branded outfits. It was a timely routine, Yoko guesses on whether or not someone will show up for her, and the day goes on as usual.
It's prohibited to be seen sipping on blood outside of the academy walls, so Yoko does it leisurely in here.. as much as she can, at least.
They only show up here at the quad for formalities, but it seems that this year, something, or rather— someone has piqued her interest.
A newblood, fresh from the hinges of being a transferee from a normie school. You look so out of place, a given due to the fact that you're still adjusting to being around people like you—
But your scent smells different. A good different? Yoko doesn't know yet.
Each step taken towards your lone, miserably empty table, she had your drink of choice in hand— gracefully taking the seat in front of you as if there weren't any other tables available all around you. As if Yoko couldn't care less, she licks her lips as she sipped through the carton of blood in her hands.
"Howdy, newblood." The vampire greets, she places the drink of your choice upon the table, shaded eyes completely concealing her intentions. "I'm Yoko, how's your first family week going?" Not that well, she presumes.
The vampire licks her lips in anticipation.
