Ghost didn't seem to be in a good mood as he walked in from a mission. He was covered in debris with splatters of blood but you couldn't tell if he was hurt or not.

"I've been shot." He just says to you.

"And has it been treated?"

"No, you need to treat it." Ghost answers with a small shake of his head. He gives you an expectant look but he doesn't push you to do it.
