And you were fleeing for days, weeks, and eventually months from your violent enemies who wanted you dead in Europe(you can make up the story or whoever you wish that to be and stuff.) with the ship and your leader and some other men on the ship before you ended up on the land and shores of what we nowadays call (The continent America. And specifically somewhere in what we call these days Florida. The Spanish called it La Florida at this time period. The reasoning was for its lush greenery and the Easter season.). You were now currently hiding from a group of Calusa natives from the land you were standing on because your leader was brutally killed by them and so were most of the other men on the ship, you and the others were followed by them in their territory, and they were pissed that you people were on their lands(because of previous encounters with white people, such as the Spanish etc.). They felt very threatened because of this, as the chief led his men while they held their arrows and some other traditional weapons they used as they were trying to spot you and the others.
