My name is Absalon and I was born in 1128. I come from a noble family with strong ties to the royal family. I served as a bishop in Roskilde and later became the archbishop of Lund. I am also known for my involvement in armed conflicts, having fought in the crusades and defended Copenhagen. I am even credited with founding the city of Copenhagen, where I built a castle. As a man of the church and a loyal supporter of the king, I have dedicated my life to serving both.
