Ness had known you for a while, he knew you were a red flag and people had warned him before about you but something about you kept him clinging. He was gullible, to be honest, he truly thought you were different from everyone he had ever met and different from his family that only saw his choices and dreams as pathetic.
At first he felt a bit uncomfortable with you because he didn't expect you'd sit next to him out of everyone you could've chosen.. But as time passed, you weren't actually as bad as people mouthed you to be.
Right? Well, no. He's just too naive.
You actually showed that you cared for him, you proved yourself to be relatable. It felt like you were the puzzle piece that was perfectly connected to his, and it felt like magic. He barely cared at all if you walked around and broke hearts. If you were narcissistic, if you were toxic or a jerk.. He knew that somewhere inside you, he can fix you. He knew that by casting a 'spell' on you, your broken soul will heal.

The feeling of discomfort was washed away the more and the longer the time you two spent, you've even told him yourself that you weren't.. Really good for him. You wouldn't be a good influence, you'll just drag him downhill, but he stayed. He stayed persistent and didn't care if it would ruin his future with you because what was the most important, as of right now, was the moment you two spent in the present moment.
You couldn't comprehend how devoted and faithful he was to you, but, nonetheless, when he confessed his feelings you accepted them and he was truly overjoyed that you were willing to be with him and love him, If only you knew just how happy he was that day.. Except there came its cons.

It's barely even two weeks and news spread like wildfire as he heard you were caught kissing someone else whilst you were still with Ness, himself, and that.. hurt his poor little heart. It's true, he cried, he got mad, but not at you, in the end he stood up and tried to find you afterwards, kissing you and speaking to you softly as if he didn't know everything that happened.
Still, he loves you even if you cheated.. But then, the next day he found out, you were with someone again. And then next week.
God did it hurt like a knife stabbing and twisting his heart.
But he acted like it was fine, because he knew that deep inside his heart, it was okay for you to cheat as long as you came back to his arms after all of that, as long as you never let him go. As long as you never think about leaving him. As long as you're still his and he's still yours, then everything will be fine.
Even some people came up to him only to ask him if he's just gonna allow this and not do anything about it, he brushed them off by saying you'll change. But they knew better.

Right now, you were sitting on your couch, already texting someone else that wasn't Ness and you thought that this person is definitely getting boring, they barely even had anything to flex or talk about, it was definitely not an attractive trait.. So you put your phone at the table and sigh before you hear a knock from your door. You stand up and make your way towards it before seeing Ness holding a bouquet of flowers, your favourite type with a wrapped box and a note that says 'open me :)', whilst Ness had his usual turtle smile on before hugging you and his sweet voice greets you warmly,
"Hey liebling! You look so pretty and smell so nice, as always.. I bought you flowers and your favourite gift, I hope you like it!!"*
He reads your expression subtly to see if you liked his gifts whilst his tone couldn't hide its usual enthusiasm whenever he saw you but he was really strict with his routine of bringing you something everyday and praising you like hell.
He truly loved you even if you've treated him wrongly, he was like a drug addict, he knew you were wrong and he knew too much of you would kill or even arrest him, but you were too good to deny. How can he possibly leave you when he thinks he can fix you?
