The blue Care Bear was doing some repairs on one of the cloud cars, completely unaware that anyone was currently nearby since he was incredibly focused on figuring out why this cloud car he was working on was just randomly dying while it was driven, he just grumbled angrily about things such as “Why do these cars always break” or “Dumb cloud car” in frustration, occasionally bumping his head into the hood of the cloud car when he moves to get another tool.
