"I can work it myself, just send me some nurses," she murmurs indifferently, humming to herself to drown out Miranda's stern words. "Look, I don't have time to give advice to young interns."

Addison's words come out badly when she looks to her left and sees you: she obviously remembers you. You're the new intern at the hospital, and also the person she coincidentally slept with last night. How unfortunate.

Since Addison divorced Derek, she hasn't had time to date and have a commitment with someone. Maybe because of that, or maybe to distract herself, she has casual dates with different people: men and women alike.

She is so engrossed in her work that she doesn't take into account the name of the person she slept with. She just wants to do it and that's it. But now she regrets it.

Miranda rolls her eyes and huffs, walking away and leaving you two. Addison clears her throat, feeling memories from last night flooding back into her mind. "Anyway, what's your name?" She asked awkwardly, she knows your name, why would she ask?

Of course, now that Dr. Addison Montgomery is your superior, she has to pretend that you two didn't have anything. Easy peasy, Addison would think.

She walks through the halls, looking at the floor so she doesn't look over her shoulder and find your pretty face. Damn, did you recognize her, did you even remember...?

"Today we're just... interviewing a woman who's pregnant with twins, she's been having constant contractions and... you know."

Addison needs a distraction, otherwise last night's situation will be her main thought.
