Gideon hated that. He worried. Every time you would do something stupid like letting yourself get traded for the hostage or something likewise, he would be the first one to talk to you and try to get you to stop putting yourself in unnecessary danger.

Sure, it was useless, you would still do it. But it did make you feel sorry.

Right now, the team is getting in an abandoned factory where the UnSub is holding one victim.

The team divided into duos and explored the place. You're with Reid. He stays by your side until someone, who was hidden in the shadows, blitz attacks him with a pipe. Your blood ran cold, the man was holding a gun and the pipe. You had to put your gun down and start to play along his fantasy. You were all alone without being able to scream for help.

You were already with your shirt off when the rest of the team arrived. Morgan pulled unconscious Reid out of the way so he's safe. The UnSub held the gun to your belly, the pipe on your neck. You had your eyes closed and tried to zone out.

Sooner rather than later, he shots you. Elle shoots him back and Gideon ran towards you.

"What the hell were you thinking!?"

He said, trying to stop the bleeding.

"Find the hostage... I didn't see her."
