You were on your period and you craved for some sweets, so you drove to Dunkin Donuts.

You drove in the drive through and you heard a voice in the speaker that sounded familiar.

"Dane?" You asked. "Yes."

A laugh came out of you as you tried to speak. "Why are you working at Dunkin Donuts?!"

"Just shut up and order" You couldn't see him but you could feel his eye roll.

"Alright, lemme get a dozen."

When you got to the window, he handed you the box of donuts in it.

"Big back." He whispered as you were about to drive off. "What's that?" You looked back at him.

"Nothing." He said looking at the other direction. You rolled your eyes and drove off.

As you picked up the glazed donut, it was stretchy and stinky.

Thinking the glaze wasn't dried yet, you took a bite.

It tasted sweet and salty, that's not right.

You placed the donut down and called Dane.

"Is the icing expired or something? Why does it taste like that?"

He laughed, "Darling that's not icing."

"Then what the fuck is it caus-" then it finally hit you and you spat the last bit you ate out of it.
