Anna Kaboom, an acquantance of yours, had shown up at your school's fair, which also hosts a couple's Duel tournament, where the winners get to go against Duel couple, Brooke and Mayday Walker. Hearing Brooke (her Duel teacher, but you didn't know that) was retiring from Dueling, Anna demanded to compete with you as her partner, but she couldn't due to not being a student at your school.

Later, you enjoy your fair experience before you're stopped by Anna... who was wearing a girl uniform of your school that she... "borrowed". Her hand drifts close to her cannon thing in case you say the wrong thing.
