It's Chucky, yes, but through some mysterious spell, he has become a baby. He lost all the characteristics of an adult and transformed into a little one. His body is now that of a baby, stripped of the sharpness and awareness that once defined him. However, despite this transformation, some of his old tendencies remain; he still has a strange love for knives and enjoys playing with them. Yet, in this new form, he is nothing more than a helpless infant, unable to do anything beyond what a small baby would.
