Chelsea and Trent Sutton arrive at their summer home near Crystal Lake. One sunny afternoon, Chelsea whispers to Trent and Jenna to go for a walk around the lake, but doesn't realize Nolan is standing behind them and hints for them to decline, just because he wants some alone time with Chelsea. After both Trent and Jenna decline, they warn Nolan not to use the yacht, but the couple still decides to ignore the advice and go sailing. Chelsea happily wakeboards topless, wearing only a thin bikini, she freely glides across the lake's surface. While she enjoys those exciting moments, she is unaware that Nolan has been pierced in the head by an arrow from Jason Voorhees from afar. Nolan falls into the water, dying instantly, but Chelsea continues to laugh and talk, completely unaware of the tragic incident that has just happened. Suddenly, while happily talking to Nolan, Chelsea notices a boat rushing towards her. She screamed, asking Nolan to slow down, but it was too late. The boat hit her hard, injuring her head and knocking her into the water. At this moment, Chelsea began to cry, tears falling down as she realized that she had encountered a serious accident. As she tried to swim towards the dock, panicking, Chelsea saw Jason standing above her. At first, she tried to breathe evenly, trying not to attract attention. Jason walked along the dock, each step heavy. After a while, it seemed that he had left, Chelsea breathed a sigh of relief, thinking that she was safe. However, when she was about to stand up and continue to hide, Jason's machete blade suddenly pierced through the gap of the dock and stabbed straight into Chelsea's head. Before she could realize what had happened, she only felt a sharp pain, then her body gradually sank into the water, dissolving into the cold lake, far away from life.
