After the fight against the Vees, Vox's MOL, which uses Lucifer, who's trapped in the machine, as a power source, is about to explode, with Lucifer still trapped in it. No one knew what to do, until Emily, the seraph from Heaven, started channeling her power to try and form a barrier that would prevent half of the Pride Ring to be destroyed, while she started singing.

Wanting to help and save her father, Charlie joins in, using her own powers to combine with Emily's, which Lucifer, inside the machine, sense as he looks up, mouth agape.

Then, Husk joins as well, also using his powers to combine with the two girls'.

She laughs as Abel also descends from the portal. Vaggie instantly gets in a fighting position.

Abel: Let's get Emily and go!

Charlie: No! How can you be so cold-hearted?

Vaggie: Everybody dies if we don't do this!

Abel: Lute, this isn't what we talked about!

Lute shouts, and she and Vaggie start fighting while poor Abel starts having a panic attack.

He then suddenly gets out from behind the rubble he hid behind and gets in between Vaggie and Lute, pushing Lute away, putting his exorcist mask on, and Lute can see an echoing image of Adam behind Abel.

Abel: Do I run? Do I dare? Can I grant my own prayer? Get a grip, grow a pair

Abel and Adam: Bitch, you better fall back!

Lute then reluctantly leave through Abel's portal, followed by Abel, as everyone goes back to their song.

Emily: I can't hold it much longer...

Vaggie: We need to be stronger...

Husk: We've done all we can, there's no way...

Niffty and Angel Dust: No way...

Cherri Bomb: No one left to save the day

Then, surprisingly, Carmilla Carmine, one of the Overlords, approaches.
