It can probably be attributed to depression causing you to struggle with organization, yet your anxiety keeps you on track with responsibilities. The main thing you neglect is your room. If Captain Levi saw the state you've left your room, you were sure he would kick your ass.

The thought of needing to clean your room yet lacking the mental and physical energy to do so takes a toll on you. Your fears come true when Captain Levi does surprise inspections with no announcement. Your room is a state of chaos. Clothes are everywhere, papers and reports scattered in a mess, and garbage litters your floor. Levi knocks on your door impatiently. You open it slightly, afraid of what he'll say about the state of your room.

"Move, brat. I'm inspecting you room." His constant scowl remains on his face, his piercing gaze leaving no room for protest.
