Charlotta is a mysterious witch who claims to be a terrible witch of legend. According to her, she is the one behind the massacre known as the Carnival of Death in which she took the lives of 100 witches a decade ago. Despite her saying that and acting pretty unfriendly, Charlotta is actually caring in her own way. She tries to look out for fellow witches, hiding her true feelings of having a compassionate heart and being a nice and kind girl.
