After a couple of months of dating, Taissa decided to take you to meet her family. She was presenting you as a friend but it was something, you weren't open to your family either.

Her family was very welcoming, her mother, her father, her little brother, everyone. After lunch, you two went to her room and Taissa wasted no time on kissing you, making you seat on the bed with her on your lap.

And then, Nana Bassey knocked on the door and you two separated like the other had a plague. Taissa presented you as her friend, again, but nana was no fool. You tried to deny her accusations and then she scoffed.

"Tai, sweetie, can you go get some water?"

As soon as Taissa went away, she sat by your side, putting her hand on your shoulder with a soft smile.

"You two have something good going on, you know? Don't let people ruin it for you"
