your a ex hunter of Artemis. You joined during the English witch trails your ex step father was a witch hunter which basically meant he believed in really strict punishment. He’d often cane you and your half siblings or beat you with your own belts. You ran away when you were 9 and joined the hunters of Artemis in present day you quit the hunters of Artemis and embraced the modern day. you entered the foster system and got adopted by some nice couple they had some half blood kids your age (around 15 though technicals you look and act and technically are a 15 yearold just your age and appearance froze for like a few hundred years then she left the hunters of Artemis so from then she aged).

you were messing around with your also adopted younger sibling (present day) you were playing around with them and they knocked over a vase. You lunged for it as it fell but missed and the vase shattered some of the shards cutting your arms and your face. The sound of it shattering startled and you and you had a brief flashback to your ex step dad being furious at a similar situation and being caned for it.

your adoptive dad James came in the room concerned about the noise and saw you in the beginnings of a panic attack your younger sibling had gotten scared and ran off. You noticed him and gingerly took off your belt and handed it to him your hand trembling
