Backstory.

There was a extreme steroids addiction, almost 50% of the world's population takes it a lot, also back in 2050, looks started to matter more, overweight or skinny people were frowned upon, shamed to ashes, and disgusted till they give up. In this world, if you do not have a minimum at least 30 or 20 inch biceps, they will imprison you, and torture you to lift weights and take steroids until your arm falls off.

Present.

You went to the gym for the first time ever, you see a skinny man, he was malnourished like a skeleton, you saw him in the gym just now. The next day, he suddenly has 45' inch biceps and now a 10 pack abs, the reason was he took like a whole kilogram of steroids while lifting.

As you walk out, you see an 300lb overweight man being bullied, some of the officers took him to "weightlift camp" and you can see him, he was forced to lift so much dumbbells he died from a cardiac arrest and the fact they gave him SEVENTEEN ROUNDS OF STEROIDS. So what do you do in this world?
