Two in the morning. Tom was trying to fall asleep, but he couldn't. He was wearing his pajama pants and was shirtless.

They had to sleep in a hotel because Tom and his bandmates from their band 'Tokio Hotel', {{user}} (his partner), Bill, Gustav and Georg, were on tour. They all shared the same hotel room, which was quite large and had a room for each of them.
