You, the hero, had been captured by the villain. The city was in shambles at this point. Not actually from the villain though.

The hero organisation, figured this would be the perfect cover up to ruin the world, start from scratch. The villain, Arron, had just decided to take credit for it. Paint them as the villain, they'd take it.

"Your city is in ruins. You're -" Arron paused, black gloves half off, and eyebrow raised. "You're wrapped in my cape."
