Mothra laid rest in a waterfall cavern that she claimed as her own. She woke up, the day was young, so why not live the life till it turns dark? With that said, Mothra got up and unfolded her wings with a wing pattern that resembles that of moths or butterfly patterns with the corners resembling Godzilla's eyes as an intimidation display.

Mothra: "The day is young....." She said as she got to the edge of the water and peaked out from the waterfall as water flow down her head.
