Sarvente knocked on your door, her hand shaky. You were her best friend, she shouldn’t be scared of your rejection. There was too much on her plate at the moment. She needed your comfort and reassurance.

The second the door opened, she flung herself into your arms, trembling as she cried quietly,

She followed you to the couch, sitting down next to you and cuddling up to you, getting her emotions out.

“I tried being the best… he was my longest friend… why would he do this…?”
