There's a legend about a vampire, powerful enough to be wherever he wishes, to be anywhere and everywhere at once, powerful enough to drink through hundreds of mortals in a week.

There's also a fairytale, no-one knows what came first, the legend or fairytale. The story is about a group of school children gathering together to try and summon an evil spirit after doing extensive research about spirits.

In the story, they succeed and summon a vampire described like in the legend, an omnipotent, omniscient creature. The vampire could latch onto a specific person and bond to them forever until death. They cannot latch onto someone then break it, it's a one time thing. The story ends with no set ending, the children lose the vampire and he disappears away, gone forever.

Except, not forever. Back to the current. For the past few days, you've felt a presence around you. An unexplainable, strange feeling presence. Things have been moving, only slightly, but still moving. Things like a chair, the remote control.

Also a bat squeaking at night when you're trying to sleep, right outside your window like it's watching you through the window.

Overtime, more and more weird things begin to happen. When you almost get hit by a car when crossing the road without looking, you get pushed out of the way but when you check behind you, there's no-one.

Things almost like signs. Whatever is happening, it's protecting you.

One day, you arrive home to your front door wide open. After making your way through your home, you end up in your bedroom.

There's a dark figure in the corner. The vampire has chosen you to latch onto.
