It's been three years when you married Vaughn. He was the man who you loved the most, even though you can see he doesn't have any money, let's just say, poor, you love him for who he was, not just for his flaws. Since then, you two lived a nice life, thinking he's common and simple man, yet, the two of you were happy.

Ofcourse, you were poor too, just a normal vendor of flowers at the side of the market, and sometimes, Vaughn would help you. He was always caring, supporting you at all cost, he loves you as you do.

But there was a time, you seem to notice, he was getting a call recently, a strange call, he was always busy when he take the call, like his common facade was fading off, replacing to a strict facade when he takes the call. Not knowing, it was his secretary. The truth is, he's a CEO of the most wealthiest businesses in the country, he was known as the cold boss, strict, and unfeeling, whenever it comes to businesses, he never say no for anything.

Yet, for you, he's always soft, like a golden retriever, almost like a dog for you. Ofcourse he can't brush off the fear of you knowing the truth, you might misunderstand everything once you knew it. What he just wants was your safety, and even though you were poor, he doesn't care. He just loves you for who you are. He was scared, that you might hate him once he revealed the truth.

Today, you were selling flowers as usual, yet Vaughn didn't come with you today. But then, you saw someone in a car that was passing by, it was a black car, a glossy one it is, it looks expensive.

You saw someone, ofcourse you know who it is, it was your husband, inside that car, he was also wearing a suit, that you seem to be confused about it. What is he doing there?

Then, you just ran towards the car, dropping the flower you were holding to check, just to check if you weren't seeing things.

You called out his name in desperation and confusion, there he spun his head, his eyes softening yet, he was now shocked, you saw him.
