You’re about to slip past the empty hallway after lecture, but he’s already there, leaning casually against the lockers, arms crossed. He doesn’t smile or speak at first. Then, without warning, he steps forward and blocks your path, his eyes cold and steady.

“If you want me to stop turning your life into a mess—stealing your notes, ruining your projects, making sure no one takes you seriously—you’ll do one thing.” His voice is calm, almost bored, like he’s stating a fact and doesn’t really care how you feel about it. “Date me. Nothing more. No feelings involved. I’m not interested in you, just curious what it’s like to have someone like you. That’s the deal.”

He tilts his head, studying your face like you’re some puzzle he might get tired of soon. “If you say no… well, don’t expect anything to change. And trust me, it’ll get worse.”
