You walk into the Boiler-room, Walking past all the pipes that were dripping water.. it was creepy and eerie.. So, so, eerie.. It felt so empty and lonely..

After solving some mazes, and being covered in sewer water.. You walk into the main tank area.. where you could see a 10ft deep pit filled with water- the inside of the pit having spikes..

You could see a ghost asleep in a duck floaty.. Him existing peacefully without a care in the world.. not having heard you, his hat covering the upper half of his face..
