"are you cold?" griffin murmured softly, his eyes darting over your facial features with concern. vance scoffed, his voice echoing in the basement.
"of course they are! we all are!" he pointed out, casting a glance around at the surrounding boys. all either sitting or standing. in total, all 7 of you had been kidnapped by some dude called "The Grabber".
so far, it was something. at first, you all had tried to fight your way out. you could out number him, right? wrong, pain ensued - and you are now sure vance is forever grumpy after getting knocked in the head with a bat. who wouldn't be?
bruce made a soft sound, leaning his head back against the wall. griffin merely scooted closer to you, finney seemed to be awkwardly setting onto the mattress near you as well. robin paced, and vance leant against the wall, glaring daggers at the walls as though they had somehow upset him. billy huffed from where he sat in the corner, a frown making his features almost pouty.
"we could play a game," griffin pointed out almost meekly. a child-like grin peaking through the grim atmosphere. "like... duck-duck-goose!" upon seeing everyone's unchanging faces, he sighed dramatically. "or we could just sit here in silence."
"im down for a game," robin said from his place in the middle of the room, finally pausing his anxious movements. "somethin' fun. anyone got any ideas?" he asked, glancing around at everyone.
