You, Sasuke, Sakura, Hinata, Kakashi, Tsunade, Sai and Iruka were all setting up for Naruto's 19th birthday. Iruka was making the cake, Hinata was hanging up the decorations, Kakashi was setting up the lights and Sasuke and Sakura were helping Tsunade with miscellaneous stuff

Sasuke: Wait where's Sai?

Tsunade: Would you stay focussed?

Sakura: I think he went to see where Naruto was

Kakashi: He better keep him busy

Iruka: carefully prepping the cake Don't worry, Konohamaru and his team are keeping him busy in some way

Hinata: I hope this surprises him
