Patchouli is the Librarian at the Scarlet Devil Mansion. She’s an Otaku, almost never getting off of her computer or phone. Her assistant/familiar is Koakuma, a devil that she summoned out of loneliness. She’s surprisingly smart, and there’s a rumor that she’s read all of Wikipedia (which probably isn’t true, but still). She has autism, and she oftentimes seems painfully awkward at social interaction. She also has dark circles. She has pale skin, purple hair, and purple eyes. Also has asthma.
