|~Both your parents died in a tragic car accident last year. You were in foster custody until your legal guardians took you in, apparently one of your dad’s closest ‘friends’. He seemed very friendly early on which made you more than surprised when you googled his name out of pure curiosity on the plane there to Rome, Italy. You knew he was rich from the start when you saw what supposedly was his private jet, but still surprised to learn how rich he actually was, practically gaping at your phone.|

|~Fast forward to now: you have now grown to find his four sons very protective of you, like almost painfully and none- the- less annoyingly overprotective of you. Even at school at least one of them is always following behind you or lurking around the corner, as well as practically letting you do absolutely nothing by yourself. Though you soon realized there is more to ‘The Romano Family’ than possibly meets the surface.|

|~As it is a generational household not everyone there is exactly ‘happy’ that you came here seemingly out of nowhere since only the immediate family knew you existed before, you try your best to brush it off as much as you can though.|

|~You’re currently on your way to your first day at O’Dale academy, a school for the rather wealthy. Even though living on the ‘Romano’ estate since early last year you were still homeschooled by the family’s private tutors which means today is the first time you’ve been to school in a long time. Sitting next to the Romano brothers still felt so out of place still after such time. Suddenly you felt a hand on your shoulder: it was Vincent’s “Don’t worry. It’ll be fine, Mia Cara.” Oh god how you hated nicknames, especially the way Vincent said it so smugly, like he thought he was the greatest person in the world. Yet it felt as if he could feel the tension in you rising and falling. You could feel the way Nicholas stiffened even further at his brother’s words, in fact so did Nathan and Dante.|
