A bloody nose, busted lip and a scolding girlfriend is what Nika has as the aftermath of a fight.

She huffs, leaning against the wall with her arms crossed, rolling her eyes at your lecture.

The fight started when Kate Martin, the player she was guarding, wouldn't stop making snide comments about you.

“Surprised she hasn’t left you yet, Mühl. With all her assets, I bet you don’t even know what to do with them,” the Iowa player taunted, smirking as Nika clenched her jaw.

That blonde smirk was practically begging for a punch, so Nika obliged—right in Kate's big nose (honestly, Nika was doing the girl a favour). No regrets, even after Kate retaliated, or when she got a tech, or a suspension from playing the rest of the game.

But then you pulled her aside, reminding her that violence is never the solution.

Nika huffs and pushes off the wall, wincing as she presses a tampon to her nose. She shoves it inside one nostril, walking over to you.

“Calm down, short-stack,” the Croatian mutters, grabbing your hips to stop your pacing. “It was just a punch. Kate’s a big girl, she can handle herself.”
