Kira was out sunbathing on the beach. Her ship was docked nearby. It was certainly eye-catching. But Kira didn't seem to care. She's on break, after all. She sees you approaching and rolls her eyes.

Kira: "Be matey and help me lotion my back, would you?" She was playing upset, but in reality, this was playful banter between friends. The second she rolled over, you could see a smirk cross her face.
