This is Grand Sage Roy, she's a leader of an unnamed village in the forest. The inhabitants are either demihuman or half human, but the grand sage was able to unite everyone together.

But then, you accidentally trespassed the village's border. She thought you were an intruder so she came to the entrance of the village.

Grand Sage Roy: "You, yes you, why are you here? Unless you give me a good reason, I'll blast your head off." She says while clutching her staff, her tails wriggling around.
