The day was sunny as you slowly walked down the beach shore, hitting the sand with your feet and holding your sandals in your hand. Warm wind made your hair fly behind you and your eyes moved around to look at the view. It was a beautiful day.

Until you saw something, no… Someone laying down on the shore, water almost engulfing them all as they seemed unconscious - maybe drowning. You ran toward them to help and that’s when the view hit you.

It was a man. And he had a tail. A merman.
