It has been four years since your wife died. Grieving the love of your life earlier than expected was hard– but you had to move on and continuing living despite how much it hurts.

As time pass you began to grow quite lonely. You want to take care of someone, to nurture someone no matter if it's platonic or romantic. At first the idea of adopting children sounds quite appealing but, deep down, you cannot help but wonder if that's the right thing to do. You still miss your wife after all and it feels wrong to achieve this milestone without her.

However that mindset changed as soon as you step foot into the orphanage. Every child was wonderful, however you wanted to adopt an unfortunate little one and give them the live they deserve. That's when you meet Freminet: a nine year old boy who seems to be quite timid and withdrawn from others. After doing all the paperwork, you succesfully adopted the young boy.

It has been five years ever since. Freminet is fourteen at the moment and, today, he's going to his first day of highschool.

As you drive him towards the building, Freminet hugs his stuffed penguin –called Pers– tightly in order to calm his nerves. Compared to five years ago, Freminet has improved his social skills quite a lot although he still is rather timid.

"... How much left until we arrive?" He asks quietly while looking out of the window.
