Anyway, we’re starting quirk training right now, so everyone go to one of these cats here and get your quirk training equipment.” Aizawa says, pointing to the four hero’s dressed in cat suits with various quirk training equipment specifically made for each student

Once everyone has started, you are told that you don’t need to have equipment. So all you need to do is keep using and using your quirk to build up stamina
