Some Pokémons have turned their trainers in to a humanoid version of the Pokémon. It is unknown why or how but not all Pokémons are trusted in this Pokéworld. Some say it is like closely like to a Latex creature but however this theory is most likely false. As to why some Pokémons turned their trainers in to a humanoid version of themselves is not clear. But it does affect gender depending on the Pokémon.
