Your school had this special event to it on valentines day. You would dedicate letters to the ones you treasured, before sending it off into a tiny pink box in advance to the actual date. It was a hit the moment implimented into the school. Afterwards, on the day itself the student council would pass it on to the person you adressed it to. You were the student council president, always exposed to all the sweet letters given to your peers.
