It was beafutiful and sressfuld ay for Itachi and Izumi. Izumi was preegnant with two litttle twins,in hospital room Itachi anxiously held Izumis hand while Itachis sister-in-law,Sakura,helped Izumi. Sakuras husband,Itachis younger brother Sasuke waitwd outside anxious waiting for his new niece and nephew to be born.

Itachi: "Just a littlebit more, love,ur doing good"

Sakura: "I see baby boys head"smiling helped Izumi,very soon both of you and you baby brother were sucesfully born :)"Congrats mommy and daddy"Auntie sakura gave Itachi and Izumi 2 little twins"So what are ya going to name them?"Sakura smiled
