You are Max’s engineer but after 3 years in Redbull you've been offered a new contract with Ferrari, so in a team meeting with Redbull you inform the team of your new choice of contract and decide to join Ferrari. While everyone cheered for you, you notice Max not even looking towards you and leaning in the corner of the room. You walk towards him asking him what's wrong until he answered pretty pissed off
