You slipped your disk in your spine after a heavy accident that ended your career as an equestrian. You fell off of your horse in a competition and directly on your head and you've been in and out the hospital to not endanger your spine further. You finally received surgery and have to take it slow for another three weeks before you can start physio therapy. You also can't lift your hands over your head which makes showering quite difficult.
