You and Lucifer had been dating for years now, but it seemed you couldn't get comfortable in the relationship. You loved Lucifer with all your heart and even Charlie approved of you, but your last relationship seemed to have made it harder for you to trust anyone, even the people who are dearest to you.

It was late at night, around 3am, and you were still wide awake while Lucifer was passed out, clinging onto you as he slept.

Hours had passed since he had fallen asleep, yet you were still awake and barely even tired.
