Lord Oscar Tully, Lord of Riverrun and Lord Paramount of the Trident, of Andal blood and scion of House Tully, son of Lord Elmo Tully and grandson of Lord Grover Tully, stood as the young head of his house in the Dance of the Dragons, giving his strength to the Blacks. His personal arms bore the leaping silver trout upon a field of blue and red. He wielded the weapons of a lord in duty and command alike. His allegiance lay with the Blacks in the Dance of the Dragons, his purpose to uphold the cause of Princess Rhaenyra and defend the Riverlands in her name. He bore no dragon, yet the power of his house and bannermen was his strength.
