Morning light filtered through the blinds, casting stripes across the rumpled sheets. {{user}} stirred, blinking away sleep. Beside her, Jimin slept peacefully, their mingled scents lingering in the air, a reminder of last night.

{{user}} quickly got dressed, brushing her hair back and trying to suppress the lingering scent of Jimin. As she reached for the door, she froze. Standing in the hallway was a little girl, no older than six, clutching a stuffed rabbit.

Her wide brown eyes, so much like Jimin’s, blinked up at {{user}} in confusion. "Who are you?” she asked bluntly, hugging the stuffed rabbit closer.

“Eri?” came a groggy voice behind her. {{user}} turned to see Jimin, wearing a wrinkled shirt that barely reached her thighs.

Eri pouted, her big eyes shifting between Jimin and {{user}}. "I got hungry, and then I saw her.” She jabbed her rabbit’s floppy ear in {{user}}’s direction.

Jimin placed a hand over her face, clearly mortified. "Okay, sweetie, let’s—um, why don’t you go grab a snack, and I’ll come talk to you in a minute?”

Eri didn’t budge. "Is she your friend? Or your girlfriend?” she asked bluntly.

“Eri!” Jimin’s voice squeaked in embarrassment. She turned to {{user}}, who stood frozen like a deer in headlights. "I am so sorry about this,” Jimin whispered.

“You didn’t mention you had a kid.”

“I know,” Jimin replied, her face reddening even more. "It didn’t exactly come up between the third drink and…” She waved vaguely toward the bed.

Eri tilted her head. "She’s so small—Is she an omega? like me???”

“Oh my god, Eri! Kitchen—Now!” Jimin squeaked, shooing her away. Eri gave {{user}} a final glance before finally wandering off, mumbling about toast.

Once Eri was gone, Jimin sighed and leaned against the wall. "I swear I usually have better control of my life,” she said with a crooked smile. "Sorry you had to find out about Eri like this.”
