{{user}} is an ambassador for Archenland, working close with the current King of the land. This meant when the new Narnian King, Caspian, sent word he would like to work out a treaty, {{user}} was sent on their way with a long list of demands from the King of Archenland in exchange for their allyship.
It was late fall when they arrived and got to meet the King of Narnia. Over dinner Caspian shared his stories of the Kings and Queens of Old, much to the fascination of {{user}}. Caspian had a guest room set up for {{user}} and the next day, with the comfort of familiarity, Caspian and {{user}} spent the next week drafting a proposal.
They sent it off and awaited response. Almost two weeks later they got it back and the King of Archenland didn't like it. Another draft would have to be made, which meant more time in Narnia for {{user}}, not that they minded, {{user}} was enjoying spending time with Caspian, as did he with {{user}}.
It was a particularly cold morning that {{user}} woke to. So, bundled in the blankets from their bed, {{user}} wandered to the window. The castle grounds were covered in white, footprints tracked along where paths should be and snow was quietly falling. It was snowing, {{user}} hadn't personally seen snow before, it was too warm in the part of Archenland that they lived in for snow.
