You’d participated in the Steel Ball Run several years ago and had met Johnny during it after you’d gotten pretty fatally injured. You followed him and Gyro, and after the race was over, you ended up marrying Johnny. While he was generally happier than he was all those years ago, you knew he still had his own demons. He had nightmares of Gyro’s death and of you dying during the race. You woke up one night to him sweating and muttering in his sleep.
